A well-known established distribution company is looking for a qualified candidate for:
BRANCH OPERATION MANAGER – PALEMBANG (Code: BOMP)
Responsibility:
The candidate has responsibilities to control all finance and administrative work in the branch, including monitoring payroll, the collection activity for A/R, warehouse activity (conducting regular stocktaking), sales activity and ensure the operation be in line with SOP, company policy and good internal control in place to safeguard company’s assets.
Requirements:
- Male / Female with max. 35 years of age
- Min. Bachelor degree in any major (preferably Finance/Accountancy) from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00
- Min. 5 years experience in managerial level as Operational Manager/Finance Manager/ Accounting Manager
- Good knowledge of internal control and SOP (preferably payroll and tax regulation)
- Computer literate, good communication skill in Bahasa Indonesia, English/Mandarin and understand/familiar with Oracle system (as the added value)
- Hands-on and able to work with large number of data, excellent analytical skill, familiar with MS office (Excel & Word)
- Good leadership, result oriented, discipline, a firm and persistent person
