Human Resource Manager ( Palembang )
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Law, Psychology, Human Resources Management or other relevant disciplines
- A minimum of 3 years extensive and relevant experience in Human Resources is a must
- Excellent understanding in HR and Development area: Organization Development, Recruitment,
Performance Evaluation, Training and Development, Compensation & Benefit, Payroll, Jamsostek,
Medical Insurance, HR legal aspect, Industrial Relations, and strong understanding in Indonesian Labor
Regulations.
- Excellent controlling for the human resources system and procedure, standard operating procedure (SOP)
- Demonstrate excellent computer skills (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Computer literacy is a must - Office and email
- Hardworking, detail oriented, able to work under pressure and proactive
- Ability to work multitasking, fast responsive and great communication skills
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Willing to be in Palembang
